Boy, you better believe it.

I know very little about law, but somebody here could probably explain it to me:

A Grand Jury investigates to see whether there's probable cause for criminal charges to be brought, right?

This mammoth report goes back 70 years and most of the accused are dead. In many cases the victims are dead. And certainly physical evidence or witnesses are long gone.

So am I right in assuming that the only thing they can do with all of this, is to bring a RICO or some other kind of criminal conspiracy charge?

Because most of it could not lead to any other kind of indictment, could it?

When 300 people can be indicted for criminal charges you’d think criminal conspiracy or other type of charges would be levied.
