Sad to say but these revelations of misogamy and abuse toward women will only raise his standing and ratings among his muslim constituents. It's good for about a 5% to 10% bump in the polls.

I believe he is running for a statewide office instead of for his fairly safe district, so he may not get a positive bump in the polls.
