Last time I saw mention of a transgender was on Forensic Files when this guy raped and killed a teen and a preteen and blamed both the murders on his other self who was a woman.
I know lots of people with multiple personality disorders have one or more personalities which are the opposite sex. DID (dissociative identity disorder) is caused by extreme sexual molestation as a young child.
