Federal Juries have a 95% conviction rate, im guessing he’ll be convicted on all counts, guilty or not.

There is a difference on this case. The reason for the high conviction rate is the government only takes sure things to court. Partially because the guilty defendants take a plea and partly because the government only takes slam dunk cases to court.

We know that the government originally passed on this case. That may indicate that they didn't think this was a slam dunk and therefore is not up to their usual 95% standard.

I think there is a great possibility he could be acquitted by the jury. The Democrats I think are really unaware just how many people are leaving their side and it’s preventing them from pulling back on the craziness. That protest on Saturday with the Antifa group chanting “No border, no wall, no USA at all!” is going to do tremendous damage to them and they act completely in a fog about it. No USA at all? Are they kidding me? And it’s not just moderates leaving them but people who were very far left as well. I saw it first in that Walkaway movement, I read a comment by a transsexual of all things saying he/she was leaving the Democratic party!! A tranny!! I’m also seeing it in news sites in the comments section, even leftist sites like Buzzfeed and even Huffington which surprised me, people explaining how they were always Democrat but they wonder now if things are going overboard. I really think if Trump can make it to 4 years and the lunatic left keeps acting the way it’s acting, that party is going to have huge huge problems.
