Maybe. I’m sure the prosecutor will try but usually judges don’t allow that to be presented to the jury.
They have to get him out of circulation, so I don't know what they'll do.

This is actually on the police, yet again.
If you read the article that I posted about his history of confrontations and road rage incidents, there was at least two times where the police could have yanked his concealed carry permit.
He lied his way out of them. I think he might also present the demeanor of a "sad sack" to the outside world, who is actually much more dangerous than he looks.
