Drejka is going down. The prosecutor was quietly collecting his nasty little history of "confrontations" - and there will be more people coming forward... A jury should never see or hear about it.
It would be immaterial and prejudicial to the case.

I feel certain the prosecutor does not want the past for mcglockton entered into evidence either as there are several arrests. I think it has to be the same for both of them.
