The Florida man who invoked the "stand your ground" self-defense after shooting a black man in a dispute over a parking space was charged Monday with manslaughter, officials said.
Michael Drejka, 47, was arrested Monday morning in the fatal shooting in July of Markeis McGlockton in Clearwater, Florida.

There are no arrest records. But the Toad Drejka has a history of "encounters" with law enforcement, which according to another poster can be dregded up at trial.

I've been chewing on their behind for 21 years on FR, and got their attention, more than once.
The article from the Tampa Bay Times is probably less than what the prosecutors have in hand on the Drejka "incidents".
You don't seem to understand what a dangerous thing it is for the authorities to allow an innocuous-looking poisonous tool like Drejka to roll around armed on the streets.
What "incidents"?. Are there secret "incident" records that the rest of us haven't heard about? Was Drejka on double secret probation? Seriously you are just making up stuff for some reason.
You clearly have it in for this guy but I have no idea why.

Could have been, should have been, might be. My comments regarding the shooting incident have been strictly based on the best evidence available to me, which is the video.
For example the assault suspect was clearly backing away when he took a fatal round to the chest. Based on the video, it's indisputable.
And most people would react the same way the dead guy did in a parking lot shoving altercation. Gun suddenly pulled on you? Most would back up now. Even most bad guys are not going to continue to advance on the person who just pulled a gun on them.
Question, if the shooter is so easily pumped up while carrying a gun and playing parking lot traffic cop, that would be his issue wouldn't it? He went looking for it. No?
Too bad they didn't take his cwp before he killed someone. In my opinion. Speculating: I wonder if the shooter made a habit of playing cop while armed? Could it be he hoping doing so might facilitate some action?
And is it not true we somewhat known how his, "Human mind" works, when he clearly goes out of his way to play armed traffic enforcer?
The police warned him about taking his cwp a couple of times - but the people he threatened didn't press charges.
Drejka the Poisonous Toad also had a habit of lying in the faces of the officers who stopped him.
As in - they knew he was lying, but couldn't do anything about it.
Oh so these reports resulted in charges being filed right? And what convictions were obtained from all those charges that were never even filed?

They have some good evidence on the shooter now and it seems he’s got a history. Everything seems to fit.

Yes it's fake news because it contains no facts. It contains allegations of police reports not copies of the police reports. That is to say claims of hearsay not even directly hearsay.
