The Florida man who invoked the "stand your ground" self-defense after shooting a black man in a dispute over a parking space was charged Monday with manslaughter, officials said.

Michael Drejka, 47, was arrested Monday morning in the fatal shooting in July of Markeis McGlockton in Clearwater, Florida.

Prosecutors immediately digging up someones "sordid little past" is almost always proof they otherwise have no case. Trust me on this one they are scratching their heads trying to figure out how they could bring this guy to trial if they are forced by political fallout.

He's had contact with law enforcement on at least three previous occasions, and lied to the officers each and every time - and they knew it.

If the prosecutors can use that at trial, he's toast.

And there WILL be more incidents - mark my words.

This isn't a case of a George Zimmerman justifiably flushing a Purple Drank turd down the toilet.

The prosecutors are going to ask the jury why the poisonous little toad Drejka had to spin a u-turn on the way home to get him some blood at the convenience store - where he'd threatened to shoot somebody before over the exact same thing.

And then called the guy's boss to threaten to shoot him some more...

You realize this is nothing right? There was no arrest, no charges, no nothing. There is no proof it even happened.
