Or a RICO conspiracy.

If it is proven in court that

• a number of newspapers (etc) had the unredacted FISA warrant application, and

• those publishers libeled the POTUS (or any other figure) knowing that the FISA warrant application proves their claims to be false then

• ”Actual Malice” is proven and the exemption for criticizing “public figures” is negated. Furthermore,

• the fact of multiple papers committing the same violation would seem to prove collusion and entail RICO.

I am not a lawyer.

But then, I think that the Associated Press is a standing violation of the Sherman AntiTrust Act of 1890 - so what do I know?
