It would be most helpful if you were to post links to the statues or regulations regarding Federal pensions and Stzok’s situation to confirm or dispel whether:
1. He has vested in a pension, even if only for partial benefits,
2. At this point, what those benefits are and when he can start taking them, and/or
3. Whether the specific grounds for his termination have forfeited his pension.
We would all be much better informed by your research.
