I also have a bad cold that started last Friday. Same thing, too. Hoarse voice, nasal drip, early low fever.
I even took Zicam on Friday and Saturday when during the onset. Then I switched to Airborne for a vitamin and mineral boost. Also did nasal rinse to keep the drip from moving into my chest.
It's still lingering today, but at least my voice has cleared up.
