Uhhhh.... we don't eat bonefish. Don't even kill them. Too many other fish to eat. Dolphin,snappers,groupers,dozens to eat,bonefish, tarpon, and permit along with sailfish and most billfish are the ultimate gamefish. The plan there is CPR. Catch,photograph and release.
