While true, CF is but a small part of the problem, the payoff to the Clinton’s for going along with letting the swamp be the swamp. An awful lot of the real looting pattern in DC occurred under, not Clinton, but Bush, and the rakeoff was paid for through the growth in the budget for the War on Terror, which was a far bigger bonanza to DC than the War on Drugs.

I dont doubt the War on Terror profited a lot of Bush people. But bankrolling the Clintons is a bottomless pit.
