Remember this suit! When we find proof that the DNC and Hillary worked with Five Eyes, US Government agencies and Russians it will be time to sue them!
This is nothing except a preemptive attack on the truth that shall soon be laid bare.
Like Julian Assange or not, he has been a voice of truth and has paid dearly for his convictions of truth. Pam Anderson is of great solace for Julian. It would be much better if he could walk out of that embassy and go down to a pub with Anderson on his arm. In reality Julian Assagne is a political prisoner.
At one time I thought Mr. Assange was most worthy of prosecution. I was wrong. He only told the truth which is most dangerous for the tellers of truth.
In a Time of Universal Deceit Telling the Truth Is a Revolutionary Act. George Orwell from his novel "1984." The brilliance and knowledge of George Orwell's ability to see what man would do in the future can never be underestimated. He knew nothing of the future in relationship to electronics and surveillance and media. He predicted it all with great accuracy.
He knew precisely what government would do with any tools they had at their disposal. He was a Sage.
They want to dig up their own dirt.
So far, they can't seem to produce a single voter who based their vote on the supposed Russian hack. Much less, any proof that any election result would have been different. And even then, there's no way they could ever prove that Clinton would have been better than Trump!
Not so much for a civil suit like this. Unlike a criminal trial where it has to "beyond any reasonable doubt" civil trials are based on more of a "he's probably guilty" type of argument. All that requires is a handful of idiots on the jury and you're good to go.

The DNC lawyer is not very bright.
I am no lawyer, but I have been through the discovery process in civil court.
This is a civil court matter and discovery is pretty free reign. The WkiLeaks lawyer will demand through discovery to see the DNC records and you can bet that Seth Rich’s dealings with both the DNC and WikiLeaks will be exposed, whatever they were.
I repeat; the DNC lawyer is stupid.
Discovery is gonna be a bitch
CNN and the DNC colluded against Bernie.
A rigged debate is a rigged election.
It’s bigger than the 21 gameshow scandal of the 50s.
Wikileaks has much deeper pockets than the DNC.
Huge cache of bitcoin.
The DNC blames Wikileaks...for telling the truth about them.
Have a fun discovery.I’m just sayin’
What am I missing here? International service of process is governed by the Hague Convention (a treaty) for signatory nations. Looks like both Britain and Ecuador are signatories. So you have to follow the treaty provisions, the judge has no say in it. Service by either email or twitter to me sounds totally bogus, so it is not surprising if Wikileaks is just ignoring it.

Evidence MUST be presented. Then the jury decides if there is a preponderance of the evidence favoring the lunatic liberals.
The FBI claims Russia hacked the server and gave the data to WL. That’s their “evidence”.
Asking all our FReeper attorney FRiends out there (plus anyone else who may know): Do the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allow for the service of a Summons and Complaint via Twitter? (Never heard of it!)
Depending on the circumstances, ‘probably’.
A plaintiff can consent to receiving electronically, or, in this case, a Court Order was apparently issued after normal attempts at delivery failed.
But note that reporters are not reliable sources for what actually happened.
