Any idea what this means? The judge wants to beat the traffic out of town for the weekend.

A longer than usual break?
To: Repealthe17thAmendment
I hope the Judge throws the whole thing out.

The salty tears of Mueller’s team caused a flood, water now being sent to CA to put out the fires.

Maybe they’ve worked out a plea?

Persecutors offering a deal and giving him the weekend to think about it? Is their case really going that well? I don’t think the Judge would buy into this tactic.

Possible deal, possible mistrial, Friday afternoon and wanting to see if the jurors want to go home.

All the powers of hell can be directed against that judge, his family, friends
Deep state needs a conviction
This is their premier victim
Trumps ( 50 days) campaign manager
The guy who saved the nomination
You think that judge is not subject to coercion? Maybe even a weekend trip to a remote hunting lodge

I have a bad feeling about this Hope Im wrong That was my first thought.
The way he had been moving this thing along, it seemed like he wouldn't take any long breaks unless he had to. Based on what's happened in the last few days, I think Mueller is trying to get Ellis removed.
I don't know how easy that is during the middle of a trial, but Mueller will do anything if he think's he's losing.
These guys always like to have the deck stacked in their favor, and when a judge like Ellis comes along, I think they would do anything to get him removed.

I’m guessing a mistrial, maybe juror related? Should throw it out with prejudice.

This has been a strange trial. Usually white collar crime cases are very lengthy, with forensic analysts testifying on both sides and volumes of financial records introduced. So far it’s been mostly just testimony with little reference to smoking gun documents.

Judge T. S. Ellis, is perhaps looking for a way for those lawyers and their boss Muller....to save face in this case which has no bearing on Russian collusion.
