It was late at night, she's all of 11, and not a single article that I read ( yes, I went looking for the story and found a bunch of different ones! )said that she stole"food"; instead, they ALL said that she was stealing articles ( could be makeup, or cough syrup that contains drugs, or who knows what ) and stuffing the into her backpack!

One article said that she was taken to a hospital and then handed over to a "guardian", a different one said "parent"...so who knows? Also not a one of them mentioned race!

All said that it is LEGAL to use a taser on anyone over the age of 7 and under the age of 70!

The kid would NOT stop, trued to get away, and then fought with one or more of the cops and is charged with theft and OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE!
