Not true. Most of the kids I grew up with who shoplifted never commited another crime and had no intent for violence. It’s just something bad little kids do for a rush and they need discipline. Not some kilovolts in the back

Go hang out in a rough-area Walmart for a few hours. Watch the shoppers, the goings on, those exiting.
FYI, shoplifting has become a family tradition among the protected classes these days. Mommas teach their children. Children distract while Momma loads up. She’ll feed them and leave the wrappers stuck in the shelves. Heck, items are stuffed under babies in their carriers.
