Poor thing. Andres' mommy didn't teach him about manners or honesty. And the headline above this one... Ha! The prosecutors have been acting like spoiled children. The remainder of the article is also quite informative. Can't say the same for the moronic headline.

The whole prosecution seems to be spite-driven, and that’s turning it into clowns in the courtroom. This thing may fall of its own proud ponderousness.

I would suggest that when this court episode ends, Manafort may get one or two guilty verdicts, with the rest all dismissed/not guilty. Manafort will end up with fines and some probation-like situation.

As for the prosecution lawyers? I think they will take a week off, reflect on the whole marginalized case they had, and resign from the Mueller team.

I will suggest this however....if this had been brought up in tax-court instead, without all of the theatrics, then Manafort would have easily lost and been fined for tons of money (which he no longer has). Zero way that he would have avoided guilt.

Reminescent of the Cliven Bundy prosecutors.

Mueller is engaged in witness tampering, since his only goal in prosecuting Manafort is to get him to make up lies about Trump.

The entire Mueller farce needs to be shut down immediately!

Remember that almost a decade ago, closer to when this is all supposed to have occurred, the FBI investigated these same charges and found no reason to go forward.

The FBI director at the time? Robert Mueller.

This is nothing short of being a stupid “KANGAROO COURT”, a la something from the old USSR; not to mention Kafka’s “THE TRIAL”!

I don't understand why the statute of limitations doesn't apply in this case when some of the crimes committed by H. Clinton et al cannot be pursued because the statute of limitations has expired for crimes committed after 2010.

Andres speaks to the judge with disdain because, like all Swampers, they believe they ultimately wield more power than one judge.

Yes! Notice in the article behind the link, where Judge Ellis said, "...not the American way." He was alluding to the Eastern European way of guilt by mere association in accusations, conspiracy theories, etc.

He is an honest judge who fights for the law. He was the judge in Sen. Ted Stevens’ trial so he knows the kind evil Muller and his band is capable of.

I predicted the other day Manafort’s gonna walk by the time this is all over because the judge is a hardass (rightfully so) on the Prosecution.

You mean like the witness tampering involved with Gates which follows Mueller’s decades old M.O.

Do you think Andre volunteered to flush his career down the drain?

If they had a real case they wouldn’t need Gates’ testimony. The numbers either line up or they don’t. Gates has no credibility “Yes the guy I embezzled from, is guilty of everything charged. Can I go home now?”
