I believe with all my soul that Mattis is an Obama General perfectly satisfied with the lunatic left experiments going on in the military and has not lifted a finger to change a thing. His moniker of "mad dog" is the polar opposite of what he actually is, not even ranking as high as a lap dog. He is an utter disaster and failure, even worse than McNamara and Rumsfield. And Trump who knows nothing about the military gives him wide deference to run the Pentagon, and he is running it right into the ground.
