Yes, Dr. Barnard was in the USA for a time; however, he was not only the first, but at that time, the only one to have figured out just HOW to do a human to human heart transplant all on his own. No American, even those exposed to the same American influences ( and more ) managed to do it. Kidneys, yes; not hearts.
The thing is, in the science and medical fields, many people work on sort of the same things, at more or less the same time; however, credit goes to the person who actually does it.
I know that it has idiotically now become "fashionable", amongst RACE BAITERS and idiots to condemn whites and put them down, constantly, but that bias is full of gaping holes and lies. For many different reasons certain races and/or cultures just never have produced people who have invented, designed, thought up much of anything worth a damn , nor out of Stone Age level ( if that "advanced" ) things.
