Doesn't pleading guilty set up a civil suit against the bastard? Whoever was the victim of the assault should sue him into poverty.

It does and it makes it a slam dunk. Time off work, medical bills, pain and suffering, AND a hefty punitive award are all possible. Then grab a judgement for all real property he owns..cars, home, bank accounts, all of it is at risk.

And if the Plaintiff can prove Antifa was involved they’re at risk, too along with whoever is funding these worms.

Go after the money. All of it.
