The company hired by HHS to procure body parts goes to Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics to harvest babies of a certain specified age. For example, in one taxpayer-funded study they had to be 20 to 24 weeks gestational age. (For comparison, the third trimester is weeks 28-42.) They have to be aborted in a way that does not damage the target tissues.
Congress can defund this, but it is managed by the Executive Branch, and Trump could shut it down immediately.

I guess it’s harder to drain the swamp than we were led to believe. The corrupt swamp under the Obama regime was the NUMBER ONE reason I voted for Trump. If he doesn’t do it by 2020 I think he will lose a large part of his base. I know I will give it a lot of thought.
