The recently retired Republican Congressman from Ohio CD-12 won his 2016 election with almost 67% of the vote.

Balderson leads by less than 1% (1,800 votes).

There are 3,700 uncounted “provisional” votes - which usually skew Democrat - so this race is going to get even tighter.

So what percentage of those 3,700 votes would O’Connor need to make up the 1,754 gap?

Do the math. That’s an AWFUL lot of skewing.
