121 precincts in Delaware County still out, along with 23 precincts in Franklin County and 1 precinct in Muskingum. All other counties are in.
Balderson won in Licking County (almost as large as Delaware, county seat is Newark) by over 8,500 votes, 60.5% of the vote. If he can get 60.5% of the vote in the remaining 121 precincts, he wins.
