The Pope has no battalions. He prevails on his moral authority. Federal judges are in the same boat, they have authority and respect only when they are guided by the rule of law. Liberal judges have become as partisan as the New York Times and both deserve to be ignored. When the Attorney General decides to ignore their lawless behavior, they become irrelevant. Yes. AG should simply state that the judges words have no authority whatsoever on executive actions, on either creating or rescinding OS’s, and that the silly judge needs to study our COTUS.
