Good grief, this is horrific. ABC News Chicago is reporting that over 60 people have been shot, with 9 killed, in Chicago just this weekend (Friday through Sunday).
(Chicago) Dozens of people were wounded in shootings across Chicago since Friday, police said. One paramedic described the evening as “a war zone.”
Since midnight, police said 43 people have been shot, six fatally. Since Friday at 5 p.m., 60 people have been shot, nine fatally, in shootings in Chicago.
34 of the shootings and five deaths occurred between 10 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday, according to police. During one two-and-a-half hour-hour period, 25 people were shot in five multi-injury shootings. (read more)

I suspect these are turf wars since Trumps removed so many gang members that those left are fighting to take over those territories. The do go hot when there’s territory to claim.

Chicago is a shining example of how “gun control” can keep us all safe. That is, Chicago is showing us just how big a failure “gun control” is...
When they’re killing each other it’s all good. If a cop tries to stop the mayhem and one gets killed, they are in the streets, blocking traffic, burning stuff, screaming and yelling for “justice”. They accept slaughtering each other. We should too. It’s just thier culture.
No way. This isn't a foreign power or organized conspiracy causing this. its the cultural and moral poverty of the people there. We all know that if the National Guard shows up, they will be protesting "occupation" within 48 hours. They support the politicians of Chicago, so let them solve the problem.

Oh my goodness, what a drama queen. Chicago has nothing on E St Louis, where the murder rate is 100/100K.
He shouldn’t do anything at this point.....the Chicago people need to.
Chicago exceeds 15 per 100k.
Its just blacks, so it doesn’t really matter.
