I’ve actually left some big tips recently for BAD waiters.
I figured they aren’t going to have that job for very long.

My wife was a waitress for years - we know what a good server is and tip accordingly - except for one young lass who we’ve known for a few years and is like a daughter to us - she gets $20 even if a good tip would only be $10.....
