He knows that the DOJ already passed on his case. They considered it weak. These were deep state prosecutors and they passed.
Bad Bobby and his team of miscreants have already been admonished by Judge Ellis for pushing Manafort’s lavish life style. Ellis said he is not on trial for a lavish life style.

The Judge has said there is no case there, there. Without Gates taking the stand, there is no conviction. Mueller has to put Gates on the stand tomorrow. Manafort's attorneys are waiting with the long knives to cut and dice him and the case up. I wish this was on TV. Even pay for view TV. Tomorrow will be great. Monday morning watch the judge throw this case into the trash can. Manafort walks.
