Each of the first three critters, the lion, bear and leopard, can be reasonably lined up with Britain, Russia and Germany ... all of which are plagued by growing Muslim populations that will only grow worse.
Russia proper looks like she's trying to realign with Christianity and I suppose it may be that the various independent Muslim lands that were formerly part of the Soviet Union may constitute the Bear ... so the Russian Federation need not fall to Islam.
The fourth beast is reasonably a Muslim nation. Turkey may be a a safe call. And indeed Islam seeks to devour the whole earth.
But with respect to Germany, I would say they're basically screwed and it'll get worse.
