The DOJ initially refused JW's FISA request. So JW sued the DOJ It was in April that the DOJ relented and told the court that it was “processing for potential redaction and release certain FISA materials related to Carter Page”. The DOJ agreed to a production schedule to be completed by, July 20, 2018.

That doesn't contradict anything that I said. The DOJ promised the court that they would release by July 20th. A few days after that they got the redacted docs.
