Trump should have learned by now that doing something after an election when the pressure is off of Congress is the same as not doing it at all.

They cannot be trusted to follow through on their commitments. Make them face the voters if they fail to pass immigration reform before the election, or you might as well forget about it for another two years.

I was heartened to hear that the President has re-thought his belief of how many people in Washington are “bad people.”

I’ve said before on this forum that I believed he was a bit naive about just how corrupt our government is. To hear him admit that he had underestimated the number of enemies of America there are in our government only reinforces my faith in the President.
