Gotta love the statement from the People for the American Way on this...

"Today’s decision is part of Trump’s unprecedented and escalating campaign, enabled by the Republican leadership, to pact [sic] the federal courts with narrow-minded elitists and erode the checks and balances needed to constrain President Trump’s, or any president’s, most destructive impulses. Britt Grant has made a career attacking environmental protections, undermining women’s constitutional rights including the right to choose an abortion, arguing against marriage equality, making it harder for transgender children to be safe at school, fighting against the Voting Rights act and harming immigrant families.

“Britt Grant is unqualified for a lifetime seat on the federal bench and she’s made clear that as a judge she’d use her position to push an agenda favoring the interests of the wealthy and powerful over the rights of all people. Any senator who cares about our system of checks and balances, as well as the importance of a fair and impartial judiciary, should refuse to support any more Trump judicial nominees.”

(Openly admitting that having the wrong political results equates to someone being "unqualified" for the bench.)

Gee, that sounds like a laundry list of "things liberals couldn't get by Constitutional means, so had them imposed on us by judicial decree," to me.
