Half of Obama’s cabinet was from Chicago and they all have a foothold there.....as well the thugs before them for decades. Changing Chicago would look like we see Trump doing in Washington to clear out the swamp....Protests aren't going to do it until they actually put a man at the Top.....they're dealing with gangs, the mob and corrupt city officials and cops.
