They are desperate; desperate for power. As the branch least responsive to the will of the people, the Judiciary is their main source of power. The communist left is clinging to it as desperately as Gollum clung to his ring. They will destroy anyone who threatens their hold on judicial power.

If this keeps up, the Republicans should just vote him in and be done with it. They will after it is all over anyway.
