I do think the invasion of Iraq was arguably the dumbest (most counterproductive and involving great expenditure for little gain) thing we have done as a nation.
I said that before we did it. I also said similar things about the Patriot Act and it’s consequences should another administration abuse it. But what do I know? I’m just some dumb deplorable from VT.
Hell, I vividly remember getting flamed for opposing the PATRIOT act at the time. Idiots (HERE!) spouting ‘If you aren’t doing anything wrong, what do you have to worry about’... Still bitter over that; any alleged ‘conservative’ who didn’t oppose it deserved to have Obama and Holder crawling up their bunghole.
