Not entirely true. Since illegals are counted in the census they affect the number of reps in Congress and how many electoral votes are given. Since states with lots of illegals and/ or legal immigrants tend to turn blue it also affects their local politics.

Absolutely-- another way of getting there through logic--All you have to do is search the internet--most places say America will be majority non white in 20 years. Blacks and Hispanics overwhelmingly vote democrat. How could anyone think that doesn't mean full monopolistic democrat control over the US?
