Like it or not they are a part of the culture and young people will continue to use them as their means of communication and identity.
I think everyone is kind of tiring of the whole thing, except those that spend all day on social media. Again, mostly grandmas.
Or most of the entertainment world. Athletes (particularly NBA players) are also ramping up usage. Again, a bunch of primarily liberal individuals telling everyone else how they should live their lives (see Eric Church, Anne Hathaway, ...).

Yep. Many are going to Instagram to stay connected with friends. It’s basically facebook without the shared post politics. Just pictures.
But facebook doesn’t care because they own that, too.

Agreed, but I find it interesting that they crossfeed their Instagram posts to FB. My wife keeps telling me I have to go to Instagram to see what the kids are doing. Meh. Love my kids and seeing pics of my grandson, but who has time?
