The only Sal Minella reference I can find is from the Muppets. He musta been one of the supporting puppets because I dont remember him and used to watch the Muppets in their hey days. I was thinking maybe something from MadTV but this monkey is the only Sal Minella I can find.

Actually, IIRC, the Sal Minella (Salmonella) guy was from a Monty Python skit with Michael Palin. Palin played a slime ball business agent for a really stupid daredevil guy.
