You can drive from Ohio to Wi.. They have a turnpike in Oh (taxes) but the roads are good, Indiana has no tolls and the roads are good but its a bit a ****pit in places, In Illinois they stop you every 500 yards, demand money AND its a ****pit!
Cross into Wi and the roads are good again and there are no tolls...
Indiana most certainly does have a toll road. It’s not as much as Ohio’s but I think it’s privately owned. I know this as the house that I grew up in is 4 blocks away from the westernmost exit before entering Illinois.
