I don’t know about security cameras in Huron, it’s rather rural. There isn’t a marina there for large yachts, just the tie-up on a starboard wall. I guess all they would have had to do was slip the lines from the cleats. Whenever we were there and a big yacht rolled in, everyone there would try to get as close as possible to look at them, so I guess it would not be unusual to have someone that close to do it. The article said there was 10,000.00 damage which is nothing on a vessel this size.

Emboldened by this criminal act their next attempt will involve getting someone aboard who knows how to operate the yacht.
They will seek to get the large craft on a collision course towards other ships and hop overboard long before impact to a waiting small boat.
Leftwinger criminals are naturally emotional and creative. Security will likely need to think like producers of Hollywood action movies.
