The special counsel, Robert Mueller, is examining tweets from President Donald Trump about Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the former FBI director James Comey to see if they played a part in attempts to obstruct the Russia investigation, according to the New York Times on Thursday. The report, which cites three people briefed on the matter, said Mueller wants to question the president about the tweets. Privately, some of Trump's lawyers think Mueller will make a case for interference with the probe by tying together some of the president's actions and tweets, the report said.

Headline should read: Mueller considering Trump’s statements that he did nothing improper or illegal as evidence of obstruction.
It’s not possible for the president to interfere with the attorney general. He is the Attorney General’s direct supervisor. The president can direct an investigation, or cease one at will. He can pardon someone after the Attorney General prosecutes them. How exactly could he “interfere”?
Shouldn’t investigation of “obstruction of justice” start with proof that justice was obstructed?

Instead of starting with a crime and determining who dun it, he starts with a target and tries desperately to find a crime. By statute, Special Counsels can be authorized to investigate specific crimes, so that with hunts do not happen. Is there no way to stop this nonsense?
This has degenerated to farce. It is not entirely clear who Mueller is actually working for or if it is his will or someone else’s will that is being done.

Mulehead was and continues to be inept. In this witch hunt I haven’t lost a wink of sleep on evidence Mulehead might find. The problem comes when Mulehead and his motorcycle gang pretending to be honest federal prosecutors suborn perjury testimony against Trump, suppress evidence during discovery or outright destroy it. They did it in the ENRON and Ted Stevens case and not only were not punished but rewarded for their criminal behavior.
