I have little understanding. Couriers in Jeremiah spread the message that Babylon would fall and ones in Esther said Ahesverus was going to do something (kill the Jews? I can’t remember. She had to fool and kill Haman to save them at some point) and I guess they carried letters on horseback. The Bob Dylan (and later Jimi Hendrix) song All Along the Watchtower may have been about Babylon but no one is sure.
