IBM Rochester, MN plant had the best cafeteria’s back in the early 90’s. Not sure if they are still there but they had everything. Better than a food court in a mall.

My wife worked for Hayes Microcomputer Products, the modem people, in their glory days in the late 1980s. They had a serious restaurant chef running their foodservice operation. Soup of the day might be lobster bisque. Desserts like strawberry cheesecake and chocolate mousse. It was awesome and heavily subsidized. When the IRS auditor came, they didn’t let him go to the cafeteria!

My brother works for a BCBS partner. When he started working there in the 90's he said lunch in the cafeteria was excellent. Then they got on a "wellness" kick and Moochelle Obamafied the menu. Now he goes out for lunch.

GMTA. I commented on that too. It was awesome! Were you working on disks or minis?
