The true owners of such info need to be notified by Soc Sec Admin. They know they have well over a million people using the wrong SS numbers, and they REFUSE to notify the correct owners of those numbers.
As part of my job I occasionally need to check on a person’s SS#. On many occasions I have discovered that a single SS# is being used by dozens of people at the same time. And all these people manage to file tax returns and get IRS refunds. I guess the IRS looks the other way when dealing with illegal aliens but if you or I did that, we’d be breaking rocks at Leavenworth.
