If American mills could sell their lumber to Canada without the current Canadian tariffs, maybe American lumber would be cheaper domestically and we wouldn’t need to import all that expensive (Chinese via Canada) lumber?

Selling more lumber to Canada would RAISE prices for our lumber since there would be more demand for it.
