Tens of thousands of Californians lost power in early July when a heat wave sent temperatures soaring, recording new records in the Los Angeles area. Air conditioning use put too much strain on the grid, overloading electrical distribution.

California is facing shortages of water and electricity.

Democrat politicians are turning California into a backward, corrupt third world dictatorship.

They had a lot of water - they send it down river for smelt.
And then there’s the war they won’t admit - adding illegal immigrants who increase demand or reducing demand to satisfy environmentalists.
Then need to decide which constituency they’ll obey, because you can’t do both.

Trump should offer some trainloads full of good clean coal to burn for power.

They hopefully remember obambi pretty well forcing closed 75% of the 2 coal fired powerplants in the 4 corners. That dropped a lot of air conditioning off the market in So. Cal which was one of their big customers.

California imports electricity from Arizona. Except for mild spring days, when California’s solar energy plants produce excess electricity. Then California pays Arizona to use the excess, LOL!

Watch for Maxine Pelosi to calculate that if they cut California in thirds then it will cut electric usage by a third.

Places that use lots of AC in the summer are one of the good applications for home based solar. Solar will never be more than a small part of the overall power, but it gets the most electricity right when you need it for AC and takes the strain off the grid.

Easy math.
Load+contingency reserve (loss of the single largest resource) must be less than total resources.

If they kicked out a couple million illegals sucking up their resources they would probably be in better shape.
