How in the hell did that court come to that conclusion? Nothing in our constitution indicates that we’re only able to open carry IN OUR OWN HOMES. The inalienable right to Self defense extends BEYOND the home- It exists at all times- not just in the home!
You must have missed the sub-paragraphs to the 2nd where it states stuff about permits, bump stocks, assault style rifles, spray fire weapons, etc., etc., etc. It’s a couple paragraphs before the right to abortion amendment.
