The real harm was: They banned the customer for life, then conducted an investigation that exonerated the customer. I doubt the investigation would take long and asking the customer not to return until the investigation is complete and the promise it will be done expeditiously would minimize the damage to the customer. They chose not to.

Screw ‘em!

What’s important here is not whether the white customer wrote the note or not, but instead that the white customer, being from Texas almost certainly is a racist and would have written that note, if he thought he could get away with it (don’t panic, read further).

[[this is my typical posting to ‘mainstream’ media sites (like Yahoo) in these types of cases - the idea is to teach white people who lean left a valuable lesson - which is that they will ALWAYS be hated by the left, regardless of how much they try to kiss up to them]]

He “admitted” it? Bs, an investigation found out he lied. Big difference. The guy should go to jail.

These liars will go as far as to say that even though this incident is a fake, it’s indicative of the racist attitudes that exists in the United States today.

“I don’t have an explanation. I made a mistake. There is no excuse for what I did.”

———

A "mistake"? A "mistake" is forgetting to carry the one, when doing addition by hand. What this guy did was wrong, and he knew it at the time.

———

He did make a mistake, he regrets that he botched the forgery and got caught.

Customer should sue the waiter and restaurant

The waiter, yes. The restaurant, no. They ultimately did the right thing, investigated, and found out the truth. Suing them would be counter-productive.

More to the point, unjust.
Both to the restaurant owner as well as the customer victim.
Adding insult to injury.

I am quite partial to setting the penalty as twice what the victim paid... pour encourager les autres...

{ I made a mistake. ]

A mistake is when you add numbers together incorrectly. A mistake is when you forget where you parked.

You lied. On purpose. And tried to capitalize on it.

The customer was falsely accused of being a racist and his reputation was harmed. I know I would want to sue. Lessons need to be learned.

The customer was never identified to the public. Not much damage.

He’s half-white, but like Obama chooses to identify as black. That tells you all you need to know about “white privilege.”

Falsely accusing someone of racism is equaling disturbing.

So did they fire this guy or are they spouting BS?
