Wasn’t one of the issues, among many, that helped bring down the Roman Empire, the fact that they had too many foreigners in their Army, who didn’t have much loyalty to Rome?
I am thinking, that sooner or later, the EU will be considered our enemies. Maybe we are well on our way to that now.
