I wonder what the MOST vulnerable Iranian infrastructure is? (Ie., easy to hit, essentially undefendable, and difficult to rebuild quickly.)

Their refineries? Fuels’ import terminals? Export pipelines / terminals?

I’d start with taking out their electrical grid using carbon fibers.

Aren’t they mostly desert? Take out all water plants and distribution. Electrical generation too.
